Terms & Conditions
1. Entry and participation is open and free to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, other than employees of any Rentokil Initial company, Ambius, Brand Story, GHD and their immediate families.
2. Participants must fill out, in full, all mandatory elements of the promotion entry form in order for their entry to be valid.
2. The competition will be live from March 1st 2009 and ends close of business Friday July 31st 2009.
3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Only one entry per person permitted.
6. The best entry, as determined by the Ambius and GHD judging team, will win an initial consultation with a green star accredited, internal environmental consultant from GHD. Unless otherwise stipulated, all other costs that are associated with redeeming the prize is the responsibility of the winners.
The initial consultation will consist of a walk through assessment by experienced GHD interior and environmental consultants with a view to presenting a verbal report describing areas that would benefit from an upgrade to improve the interior space in a sustainable manner.
7. The winners will be contacted by phone, mail or email and Ambius will record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
8. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
9. If the prize is unavailable, an alternative prize as determined in the Promoters sole discretion to the same value will be given to the winner.
10. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. All prizes must be claimed within 3 months of notification of winning
12. Ambius and GHD accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. Ambius or GHD shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Ambius, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
15. All material submitted will be deemed to be the original work of the entrant. Ambius accepts no responsibility for any copyright or other intellectual property infringement on the part of entrants.
16. Ambius shall have the right to publish, exhibit, archive, electronically store, duplicate or record all submissions without fee or restriction.
17. All entries will be entered into a database and the Sponsor may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless advised otherwise by the entrant.
18. Ambius and GHD assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Ambius and GHD are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Ambius on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the competition.
19. All legal claims are subject to binding arbitration. Governing law is New South Wales, Australia.
